EduCraft | Personalized Professional Learning App

Redefining Corporate Training through Experiential Learning.

Many corporate Learning Management Systems (LMS) suffer from low completion rates because they treat all users the same. Adult learners are practical, they learn through experience and crave relevance, yet most platforms offer generic content with zero guidance.

EduCraft LMX was initiated to solve this by focusing on Experiential Learning. The goal was to build a B2B platform that not only delivers content but creates a "Journey" adapting to the user's willingness to learn and facilitating real growth through mentorship.

Project goals

Designing for Willingness & Retention

From our initial user mapping, we identified that simply putting videos online wasn't enough. We needed to address:

  1. Passive Engagement: Users often drop out due to lack of feedback.

  2. Overwhelming Content: Adult learners have limited time (mostly <2 hours/week).

How Might We create a learning path that feels personal and manageable for busy professionals?

Our goal for MVP 1 focused on three pillars:

  • Hyper-Personalization: Tailoring the experience based on explicit user data (goals, learning style).

  • Micro-Learning: Breaking down complex sessions into "bite-sized" activities.

  • Feedback Loop: Ensuring users are never learning in isolation by connecting them with Mentors.

The following storyboard captures a real frustration faced by the people we are designing for.

Result

From Passive Viewing to Active Doing

The design of EduCraftLMX shifts the paradigm from "watching" to "experiencing." By structuring the MVP around user personalization and mentor interaction:

  • Clarity: Users now have a clear visualization of their progress and "Competency Hexagon" in the profile.

  • Engagement: The "Willingness to Learn" input ensures users are only shown what they can handle, reducing drop-off rates.

  • Scalability: The modular design creates a solid foundation for the upcoming AI B2C phase, where automated responses will supplement human mentorship.

This project demonstrated how deep user profiling during onboarding can fundamentally change the entire dashboard experience for the better.
