The Risk of the Digital Aftermarket
The gaming industry in Indonesia is booming, but the secondary market for selling high-level game accounts is rife with fraud. Users a typical gamer looking to monetize his hobby often face scams, fake transfer receipts, and pricing confusion.
AccuRate was conceptualized to bridge this trust gap. It is a secure mobile marketplace designed to protect both buyers and sellers, featuring a proprietary AI Image Recognition engine that scans game statistics to suggest fair, data-driven market prices.

Our primary design challenge was twofold, Psychological Safety and Pricing Objectivity. Users didn't just need a place to sell they needed a system that validated their efforts.
How Might We create a transaction flow that feels invisible yet secure, while automating the complex task of valuing a game account?
We focused on:
Trust Architecture: Implementing a rigid, secure transaction flow (Escrow system) that prevents direct peer-to-peer fraud.
AI Accessibility: Making the complex AI pricing scanner feel as simple as "Taking a Photo."
Clarity: Reducing user anxiety through transparent navigation and clear status updates.

Result
High Trust & Usability
Following our design iterations, the final High-Fidelity prototype achieved a System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 93.33%.
This score places AccuRate in the "Acceptable/Excellent" range, confirming that we successfully simplified a complex financial transaction into an intuitive mobile experience. Users reported feeling significantly more secure ("Fair and Safe") compared to traditional forum-based trading.
